I have over thirty years of experience
practicing matrimonial and family law and
have handled over a thousand different
cases. I have also served in the capacity of
an Attorney for Children since 1982.
Furthermore, I am a member in good standing
of the Onondaga County Bar Association.
I obtained my Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Rochester, and a Masterís
Degree in Counselor Education from C.W.
Post College of Long Island University.
Prior to attending Law School, I spent five
years working as a high school social
studies teacher. In 1978, I enrolled at
Syracuse University Law School and obtained
my Juris Doctor in 1980. I have been a
resident of Syracuse ever since. My wife and
I raised our four children here, and are
both active in the community.
My practice is primarily focused in the area
of Family Law, allowing me to become
familiar with all aspects of family law,
including but not limited to: divorce,
collaborative law, litigation, and custody
and visitation matters.
In addition to being a member of the CNY
Association of Collaborative Law
Professionals, I have attended numerous
Collaborative Law Seminars, including the
International Association of Collaborative
Law Professionals in Chicago, Illinois.
